Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our AI-powered claims processing platform. You'll be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered experiences that simplify complex insurance workflows for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Design high-fidelity UI mockups and design systems
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers
• Lead design reviews and iterate based on feedback
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into designs
• Maintain and evolve our design system and component library
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization

Requirements

• Technical Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic front-end principles
  • Experience with prototyping tools and interaction design
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and problem-solving skills
  • Experience designing complex B2B or enterprise applications
  • Track record of shipping successful products
  • Experience working in agile environments

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • User empathy and advocacy mindset

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
