Senior Backend Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Developer to join our engineering team and help build the future of AI-powered claims processing. You'll work on developing robust backend services and APIs that power our innovative ClaimOS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Design and implement database solutions with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to deliver seamless user experiences
• Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical documentation

Requirements

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot framework
  • Proficiency in MongoDB and relational database design
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning/LLMs (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of backend development experience
  • Proven track record of building scalable, production-ready applications
  • Experience with agile development methodologies

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
