Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

Join our AI team as a Machine Learning Engineer and help develop cutting-edge models that are transforming the insurance claims industry. You'll work on developing, optimizing, and deploying AI models that power our intelligent claims processing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for claims processing automation
• Work with large-scale datasets to train and validate models
• Optimize existing models for performance and accuracy
• Implement robust data pipelines for model training and inference
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems
• Research and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques relevant to insurance domain
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies

Requirements

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP techniques
  • Knowledge of data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Pandas)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and ML services
  • Experience with MLOps practices and tools
  • Understanding of deep learning architectures and techniques

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on machine learning experience
  • Proven track record of deploying ML models to production
  • Experience with computer vision or document processing (preferred)
  • Background in insurance or financial services (advantageous)

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • Master's or PhD in Machine Learning/AI (preferred but not required)
